Our preferred method of payment is via paypal. You do not need to create a paypal account to use their services. Paypal is an online account that keeps up with your bank account records. You will be provided with banking details on checkout. Please use your surname or order number as a reference when depositing the funds. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into the bank account.
Please make contact for correct details needed to write your cheque. If you send a cheque with the wrong details it will be returned to you. Your goods will not be dispatched until your cheque is deposited and has cleared into our bank account.
If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 4 business days we will contact you and ask for payment within 48 hours. If we have not received payment after this period your order will be cancelled and you will receive a notification via email.Processing Times and Stock OfferedAll orders are completed on a first order, first completed basis. Most orders will ship within 48 hours however during busy periods such a Christmas etc this may be longer. Everything is custom made once ordered and to make sure that it is perfect for you can take time. If you require your order before a certain date please let me know and I will make sure that you receive it in plenty of time. I will often update the blog or twitter with approximate order times for quick reference however if you have any concerns please contact me and I will respond within 24 hours.We strive to only have available stock for purchasing using inventory control. From time to time there may be stock shown that is no longer available. This occurs when two people order around the same time and choose the same product. The inventory does not remove it from stock until the order visits the order complete page.This is a rare occurence however it does hapeen and this is out of our control. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you via email and offer you a choice : refund or exchange.
