Accepted Payment MethodsPaypal ( Either via a paypal account or one time payment) Our preferred method of payment is via paypal. You do not need to create a paypal account to use their services. You will be provided with banking details on checkout. Please use your surname or order number as a reference when depositing the funds. Your order will not be created or dispatched until payment has cleared into the bank account.
Please make contact for correct details needed to write your cheque. If you send a cheque with the wrong details it will be returned to you. Your goods will not be dispatched until your cheque is deposited and has cleared into our bank account.
If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 4 business days we will contact you and ask for payment within 48 hours. If we have not received payment after this period your order will be cancelled and you will receive a notification via email..Processing Times and Stock OfferedAll orders are completed on a first order, first completed basis. Most orders will ship within 48 hours however during busy periods such a Christmas etc this may be longer. Everything is custom made once ordered and to make sure that it is perfect for you can take time. If you require your order before a certain date please let me know by leaving a message when checking out and I will make sure that you receive it in plenty of time. I will often update the blog or twitter with approximate order times for quick reference however if you have any concerns please contact me and I will respond within 24 hours.We strive to only have available stock for purchasing using inventory control. From time to time there may be stock shown that is no longer available. This occurs when two people order around the same time and choose the same product. The inventory does not remove it from stock until the order visits the order complete page.This is a rare occurence however it does hapeen and this is out of our control. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you via email and offer you a choice : refund or exchange. We may be able to place your item on backorder.Shipping
All items are professionally packaged and wrapped to ensure a safe delivery.
Within The postage is calculated depending on the total value of your order. You have the option of regular mail with no insurance - however if you take this option we will not be held responsible for lost packages during shipment as we are unable to track the parcel with this option. You select this option at your own risk.
We strongly recommend registered mail with insurance up to $100 or express post (Please take note of processing times to create your order when selecting express, your order is still placed in the queue). When you select a shipping method that provides tracking you are able to log in to the Australia Post website and track your shipment and it's progress.
International International shipping is based on the total value of your order. All international orders are shipped with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested. Postage values are estimated and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if there is a large difference between our estimates and actual posting costs. If this occurs we will contact you with an estimate before sending your parcel for you to approve and pay. If you feel that the postage costs are too high please contact us for a quote on your specific order to your specific country. Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final due to the nature of the product. If you feel that your product is faulty please contact us within 14 days to discuss a replacement/refund. Please note that postage costs are not included in refunds. Our goal is to have everyone happy all the time and we would rather hear from you than have you unhappy.
